Le Prieuré is a large, luxurious and comfortable farmhouse which is situated in the center of 2 hectares of property, near Maredsous in the region Dinant. This charming house is ideal for large family gatherings.

The 9 lovely bedrooms have their private bathroom with bathtub or shower and toilet. There are 2 pleasant and cosy drawing rooms with sight on the garden which offers you a large panoramic view of the surrounding country side. The village of Falaën is situated on the high of the Molignee Valley in the Meuse and Dinant region, at 0,8 km from the ruins of the Castle of Montaigle, at 3 km from the farmcastle of Falaën and at 4 km from the Maredsous Abbey. It is also possible to rent the total farmhouse for a maximum of 32 persons, which would include the accommodation for 8 persons which is situated at the other side of the farmhouse. Included with this rental is the use of a beautiful reception room of 64 m2.

• The single beds can be arranged as double beds.(Dimensions : 200 x 80) All duvets are for one person (200 x 140) and the pillows are anti-allergic.

Environment

A large 500 m2 private garden has a large 100 m2 terrace facing south. A pergola covers 70 m2 creating the possibility of enjoying your meals outside.
The owner built a covered terrace on the inner courtyard inviting you for a drink, a chat or a game of table tennis.
